1. Google Sign-In
SoloKeeper uses Google Sign-In so users can create and access their accounts with Google. During sign-in, SoloKeeper receives basic Google account information such as your name, email address, account identifier, and profile details needed to authenticate you.
2. Gmail connection
If you explicitly connect Gmail, SoloKeeper requests Gmail access so the app can load message data relevant to your client operations workflow and send session-link notifications from your connected mailbox when you choose that workflow. This supports client-linked inbox review, message grouping, mailbox status display, attachment access, and user-triggered outbound session notifications inside the app.
3. Data SoloKeeper accesses
- Google account identity data required for account access.
- Gmail message metadata such as sender, recipient, subject, timestamps, and thread references.
- Gmail message content and attachment data when those messages are loaded for the inbox workflow.
- Outbound message content, recipient address, and mailbox connection metadata when you trigger a direct Gmail send from SoloKeeper.
- OAuth token and connection metadata needed to maintain the Gmail connection securely.
4. What SoloKeeper does with Google data
- Authenticate your SoloKeeper account through Google Sign-In.
- Show Gmail-linked client threads inside the inbox workflow.
- Allow attachment downloads from Gmail messages shown in the app.
- Send session-link notification emails through your connected Gmail mailbox.
- Display mailbox connection state and let you reconnect or disconnect the integration.
5. What SoloKeeper does not do
- SoloKeeper does not sell Google user data.
- SoloKeeper does not use Google user data for advertising.
- SoloKeeper does not request broader Gmail access than is needed for the current inbox and session-notification workflows.
- SoloKeeper does not use Gmail content to train generalized models.
6. Revoking access
You can disconnect Gmail from inside SoloKeeper. You may also revoke the app’s access from your Google account permissions page. Revocation can disable Gmail-powered features inside the app until the account is connected again.
