1. Add Zoom to SoloKeeper
- Sign in to your SoloKeeper account.
- Open Settings and go to the Connected Apps section.
- Choose Connect Zoom.
- Review the Zoom authorization screen and approve the connection.
- After you return to SoloKeeper, the Zoom card in Settings shows that the app is connected.
2. Use Zoom inside SoloKeeper
After Zoom is connected, SoloKeeper can create managed Zoom meeting links for calendar sessions. When you add a managed Zoom meeting link to a session, SoloKeeper stores the join link with that event and keeps the managed meeting details in sync when the session time changes.
- Create or open a session in the calendar.
- Use the meeting-link controls to create a Zoom meeting link for that session.
- Copy the generated link or use the notification action to share it from SoloKeeper.
- Reconnect Zoom from Settings if authorization expires or if you need to switch accounts.
3. Remove the Zoom connection
- Open Settings and go to the Connected Apps section.
- Choose Disconnect Zoom.
- SoloKeeper removes the local Zoom connection and stops managing Zoom meeting links for your sessions.
Disconnecting Zoom does not delete meetings that were already created in your Zoom account. If you want those meetings removed, delete them directly in Zoom.
