1. Beta status
SoloKeeper is currently provided as a public beta. Features, interfaces, availability, limits, and commercial terms may change as the product develops toward broader production release.
2. Eligibility and account use
You must use an account you are authorized to control and may not use SoloKeeper for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or security-disruptive purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you place into the app and for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Data and connected services
You remain responsible for ensuring that any client or third-party information you upload or connect to SoloKeeper is processed lawfully. If you connect Google services, you grant SoloKeeper the access necessary to deliver the specific features you request.
4. Beta changes and interruptions
Because SoloKeeper is in beta, features may change, move, be limited, or be removed. Service interruptions, bugs, migrations, and temporary restrictions can occur while the product is being improved.
5. Fees and future pricing
SoloKeeper is currently free during public beta. Future pricing may be introduced later. The homepage pricing section describes the expected commercial direction, but final post-beta pricing may change before a production billing launch.
6. Suspension and termination
SoloKeeper may suspend access, limit usage, or terminate beta access when necessary to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, or respond to security incidents.
7. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SoloKeeper is intended to support operational workflows, but you remain responsible for professional, legal, and financial decisions made in your practice.
